Slaughterhouse Watch is an all volunteer 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to educating the public about issues that the Animal Agriculture industry would very much prefer to keep hidden.
 
  We do this primarily by digging through the sometimes opaque world of U.S. government records and exposing those documents to the light. Some of these records are public and some require us to file FOIA (Freedom Of Information Act) requests to obtain them. Whenever feasible, we will make the results of our FOIA requests available for download.
